In our highly industrialized society, our food intake becomes more and more unbalanced every day. Under certain circumstances, it may be necessary to adjust the ingestion of some foodstuffs. Asthenal® contains magnesium, contributing to normal psychological function. Asthenal® contains no sugar and no salt.
When can Asthenal® be useful?
In cases of extreme tiredness: when an intense effort is produced. During periods of stress (sports, exams, social or family conflict situations). Intellectual fatigue and physical tiredness. To avert the occurrence of exhaustion during competitive sports. Produces resilience after a physical effort.
CHARACTERISTICS
Asthenal® revives the dynamism of the body. The essential components are L – carnitine-L-tartrate and magnesium citrate. L-Carnitine is a natural substance that converts fat to energy. Magnesium is important in many enzymatic processes and plays a part in the transfer of nerve impulses and in muscle contraction. Asthenal® contains no sugar or salt.
ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
2 tablets contain L-carnitine L-tartrate 740 mg (+L-Carnitine 500 mg) – magnesium citrate 520 mg (=75 mg magnesium, i.e. 20% of the recommended daily dosage). The recommended daily dose is 2 tablets.
